Trip to New England (Days 1-2)
We've now passed through the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio. We passed through Chicago for a little bit yesterday. There wasn't much time to do more than pass through and take pictures. We did see an interesting site while there though.... a car speeding down the highway, lost one tire, which bounced off the road. Poor guy. Then, we were off to Indiana, and then Ohio. There are so many toll roads from Illinois, to Ohio (where we are now), and the costs do add up. I think we have a few more states of toll roads to go through, before making it to our destination ..... (Burlington, VT.) tomorrow. Cleveland is an interesting place. We are only here for a night, in the Theater district. Our hotel is right next to a Subway restaurant, which makes my friend Julie R (who I am traveling with) very happy. We had some time to walk around and explore the area, and take pictures. The hotel parking, on the other hand, is pretty bad. You leave your car, wondering if everything will be there tomorrow. We keep hearing sirens and car alarms outside the hotel window. It all adds to the experience. :)

School Begins...
Well, I'm just beginning my 2nd week of classes, and so much has happened these past two weeks. I've started my 2 classes: advanced dreamweaver, and css. Both classes are going to be very helpful to me in improving my web design, and I believe I will be learning a lot. I already dove into my books. I will be creating a few web pages this semester, which will be good to add to my portfolio.
I've also just started my new job as a tutor for graphic design and other general education subjects. It was a lot of fun and enjoyable, helping others with learning these subjects. It will be a great experience. :)

New England trip.... getting ready
The trip is all booked, which is a huge relief. I have spent so much time researching hotels and locations for the trip and I am now looking forward to a fun vacation.
We will be visiting the following places:
Burlington, VT
Killington, VT
Woodstock, VT
Manchester, VT (and surrounding areas)
Portsmouth, NH
North Conway, NH
We hope to also make it to Salem, MA. I hear it's a good side trip.
There will be a lot of driving... approx. 11 hrs each day (2 days there and back). Okay, I'm not looking forward to that part, when my legs start aching and begging for mercy. I do look forward to the rest though.
